Everyone needs their own phone. Scan the QR code on the TV, or type the 4-letter code.
How to play (5 to 10 players)
Your phone secretly tells you if you are a Liberal, a Fascist, or Hitler. Liberals are the majority, but they don't know who anyone is. The Fascists know each other.
Liberals win by enacting 5 Liberal policies or by executing Hitler. Fascists win by enacting 6 Fascist policies, or if Hitler is elected Chancellor after 3 Fascist policies are on the board.
Each round, the President (the job moves around the table) nominates a Chancellor. Everyone votes Ja (yes) or Nein (no) on their phone. More than half must say Ja.
If the vote fails, the next player becomes President. Three failed votes in a row and the top policy is enacted automatically.
If the vote passes, the President secretly sees 3 policies and throws one away. The Chancellor gets the other 2 and enacts one. No talking while this happens. Afterwards, anyone can claim anything!
Some Fascist policies give the President a power: investigate a player's party, peek at the next policies, pick the next President, or execute a player.
After 5 Fascist policies, the Chancellor can ask to veto both policies if the President agrees.
